Once again, KLCII has organised the programme and training support for the Crestar Education Group’s annual training for all its staff this year.

The event, held on 19 June, was renamed Professional Development Day 2019 for the Group’s four preschool brands, ELFA, Kinderland, NurtureStars and Skool4Kidz, and international school, The Grange Institute.

More than six hundred and fifty teachers and staff went “back to class” to update their knowledge and deepen their skills to further improve the quality of learning delivery for their children.

All the centres were closed on that day for the teachers and staff to attend a programme of presentations and workshops held at four different locations, including the KLC campus in Serangoon. The day-long training exercise with the theme “Sustainable Learning for the Early Years” was conducted by professional lecturers from KLC International Institute. The programme included evergreen foundational topics designed to help the staff sustain the highest possible level of delivery in the classroom, as well as interesting and creative ways to foster bilingual learning. There were also learning programmes for customer service and kitchen staff.
