The Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) is specially designed for mid-career individuals who aspire to become Preschool Educators with the necessary qualifications and skills. Operating on a full-time work and study model, the CCP enables participating preschool operators to hire eligible trainees prior to the commencement of the full-time course. Trainees successfully employed through the CCP will receive a monthly salary and course sponsorship from their employers.
