As Singaporeans increasingly embrace lifelong learning, Transition Accelerator: Career Growth Fair 2026 brought together training providers, employers, and career advisors to support career growth and skills development. Held from 15 to 16 May 2026, from 10:00am to 5:00pm at LLI Event Hall 1-1, the event was organised by Lifelong Learning SG (LLSG) in partnership with FindSGJobs.

The two-day fair connected individuals with training providers and career resources to help them upskill, reskill, and explore new employment opportunities. At the event, KLC International Institute (KLCII) showcased its Early Childhood Education (ECE) training pathways, helping aspiring educators, career switchers, and working adults explore ECDA-recognised and WSQ-supported programmes, funding opportunities, and rewarding careers in Singapore’s preschool sector.

Supporting Career Transitions Through Skills and Funding

Throughout the event, KLCII’s course consultants engaged with mid-career professionals, and working adults interested in Early Childhood Education (ECE) training. These one-to-one conversations helped attendees better understand how recognised training and available funding can support a successful transition into the early childhood profession.
