Successful trainees under this programme will receive a course sponsorship and monthly salary from employer, and are required to work at their place of employment and attend classes at KLCII during the full duration of the programme. - Be a new entrant to the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) sector in Singapore
- Not have worked at an ECDA-licensed Childcare Centre/ECDA-registered Kindergarten for more than 6 months from date of course registration
