This course aims to equip participants with an understanding of wellness. Through discovery questions and reflection exercises, learners will discover more about themselves, their stress triggers and emotional states.
Participants will gain the ability to develop their emotional competence and apply empathy and social skills in their daily interactions and workplace collaborations. What’s more, they will be equipped with self-care and stress management techniques to help them stay resilient, recharge and maintain their holistic well-being.
