The objective for this hands-on workshop is to empower them with practical tools to navigate the demands of their roles effectively while maintaining their own well-being.

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  1. Understand the importance of resilience and self-care in the context of early childhood and early intervention education.
  2. Learn and use practical strategies and techniques to enhance personal resilience and self-care.
  3. Create and use the appropriate tools for relaxation and self-care.
  4. Be aware and foster a supportive community among educators.
