Q2. Do I need to have a “mental health issue” to come for counselling?
Counselling isn’t only for those with “problems”—it’s an opportunity to understand yourself and care for your emotions. Seeking counselling doesn’t mean you’re weak; it means you’re courageous enough to care for yourself and face challenges.

We value your privacy and trust. All information shared with your counsellor (or counsellor intern) will be kept strictly confidential, with the following exceptions:

  • Situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or threat to life, freedom, or property.
  • Situations involving legal obligations.
