In a continuing effort to better serve its corporate partners, KLCII hosted a Corporate Networking Session to share on its latest updates on Early Childhood teachers’ recruitment and training.
Some 25 representatives from 15 preschools and childcare centre operators attended the closed door event at Kith Café in Marina Square on 15 November 2018.
KLCII announced latest updates such as the relocation of the Student Recruitment Office to the Serangoon Campus , the launch of the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (ACECCE) alternative pathway for existing in-service teachers. KLCII is the only training provider of this programme for the ECCE sector.
The corporate partners were also briefed on the new recruitment scheme where KLCII has secured a new source of teachers from Malaysia.
KLCII shared successful case studies of the new recruitment scheme and invited Corporate partner to indicate their interest to participate in the next recruitment drive.
To facilitate ease of application for the Place-and-Train course, KLCII has simplified the process to help to speed up the job placement and clearance for potential EC teachers to embark on their course as early as possible.
