Participants had the opportunity to engage directly with preschool operators such as Babilou Family Singapore, NTUC First Campus, and Star Learners Child Care, who were on site to share insights on current employment opportunities and hiring needs. On-site interviews also enabled meaningful conversations and personalized discussions on possible next steps.

Through face-to-face interactions with employers, attendees gained a better understanding of working in early childhood settings, including workplace environments and expectations. The focused format of the fair allowed jobseekers and employers to connect efficiently, supporting both career transitions and workforce needs within the sector.
