To remain cost-effective and competitive, organisations are harnessing technology ecosystems to improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence. To navigate change with ease, organisations can cultivate entrepreneurial thinking in employees, injecting a sense of proactiveness, openness to learning and ownership in them, i.e. “intrapreneurship”.  Intrapreneurs will be more ready to harness innovation in their work, seek out and embrace better ways of doing things to increase value for the organisation. They catalyse change and tap on windows of opportunities to maximise returns.

This practical course prepares individuals to lead or participate actively in change programmes, adopting a people-centred approach that ensures high employee engagement during transitions of change. The participants will learn to apply proven strategies and best practices for the key pillars of change: (i) role clarification, (ii) team involvement, (iii) knowledge sharing, that can help others to embrace change initiatives positively.

This course prepares individuals to be change agents in their functional areas. The participants will learn to:

  1. Evaluate drivers of change and understand its impact on stakeholders
  2. Foster a synergistic and collaborative effort when executing change or digital adoption plans
  3. Navigate the transitions of change with confidence and monitor change projects for success
  4. Apply ‘community of practice’ to encourage digital adoption or change
  5. Shape a culture injected with intrapreneurial spirit within their organisations, promoting learning-readiness and emotionally agility
